IRONY

here's the most ironic verse i've read recently considering my ample supply of stuff to do...

It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest,
eating the bread of anxious toil;
for he gives sleep to his beloved.
~Psalm 127:2~

i love it! but it's verse 1 that gives it context...

Unless the LORD builds the house,
its builders labor in vain.
Unless the LORD watches over the city,
the watchmen stand guard in vain.
~Psalm 127:1~
